Cameron W. Calder

Cameron Calder is a graduate of Washington & Lee University School of Law. Mr. Calder is licensed to practice law in Virginia. He joined PM&M in 2019 as an intern, returning in 2020 as a Summer Law Clerk, and began as a full-time associate attorney after passing the Virginia bar in 2021.

During Mr. Calder’s third year at Washington and Lee, he worked in the Community Legal Practice Clinic, assisting low-income and non-profit members of the Lexington community in a wide range of matters, including estate planning, real estate transactions, contract negotiations and drafting, and local tax disputes.

Mr. Calder currently focuses on civil matters including contract drafting and review, including real estate contracts, buy-sell agreements, operating agreements, and small business acquisitions and sales. He also works to prosecute and defend litigation matters for clients.

Cameron lives in Manassas, and enjoys hiking, playing basketball and soccer, and following Virginia Tech sports.
