Ryan R. Spisak

Ryan Spisak graduated cum laude from George Mason University, Antonin Scalia Law School. Mr. Spisak is licensed to practice law in Virginia. He joined PM&M in March 2025 as a law clerk, before transitioning to the role of full-time associate attorney after being licensed by the Virginia bar in October 2025.

Prior to joining PM&M, Mr. Spisak interned with the Department of Justice, the Department of the Interior, and the law offices of Cyron & Miller. Through these internships, Mr. Spisak caught the litigation bug: he is passionate about client advocacy both in and out of the courtroom.

As an associate attorney, Mr. Spisak is involved in a wide variety of litigation matters, including business disputes, real estate transactions, residential construction contracts, and debt collection.

Ryan lives in Fairfax with his wife, Lexie. He is a voracious reader who enjoys spending time with his family. He is also a native of the Texas Panhandle and enjoys watching Texas Rangers baseball and Dallas Cowboys football.
